This list is an invitation for you to come into the store to try the gear out as we do not sell second hand gear on a mail order basis.
All of our second hand guitars have been prepared in our workshop to play in 'Tip Top' condition. They can be set up & fine tuned to your requirements.
We guarntee most of our second hand guitars for 1 year & a 12 month 'After Care' service is also included with the sale of most second hand guitars.
SECOND HAND ELECTRIC GUITARS
Brian Moore i2000 series i8p (Piezo). Kalantas mahogany body with highly figured maple top in a natural finish. 22 fret bolt on maple neck (25.5'' scale & 15'' radius) with a rosewood fingerboard. Recent model in very good condition. 2 x Seymour Duncan humbuckers (Alnico II Pro in neck & JB in bridge). Individual single coil switching for each pickup. Seperate volume control for piezo. Sperzel locking machine heads. Chrome hardware. Fixed bridge with RCM piezo system for acoustic tones. Set with E Ball Hybrid 9-46 coated strings. Dual output cable supplied. Burns Cobra - Player Series. 2006. Peach finish. Chrome hardware. Knife Edge tremolo set up to work properly. Mildly customised with a Telecaster bridge pickup in the mid position between the original Tri Sonic pickups. 'Kill Switch' fitted by the volume control. 7 way pickup selection with an out of phase sound in position 4. Plays fine with a huge range of retro sounds. All serviced & set up. Epiphone USA Sorrento. 1964 Kalamazoo USA. Sunburst. Single cutaway. Single mini humbucker pickup in the neck positition. Original apart from the missing scratch/plate & replacement machine heads (Gibson ones fitted a long time ago). Very good condition for its age. Plays & sounds fantastic. Fender U.S.A. Stratocaster. 1983. American Standard Series. Black with chrome hardware & a rosewood fingerboard. All original with the 'Freeflyte' tremolo (inc original arm). 2 knobs with a scratchplate jack socket. Serviced & set up. Very good condition. Hard case included. £979
Fender U.S.A. 1970's Stratocaster. 1979. Standard tremolo model. Black with black plastics. Maple fingerboard & large headstock. Very aged body finish (crackerly all over). Plays very well & sounds superb. Good mechanical condition. Nut replaced with a Graphtech one. Original Fender hard case included ( in good condition ). £1499
Fender U.S.A. Telecaster. A Telecaster that we bought in knowing it was made from bits but we will never know the full history. Neck is from a 1978 Deluxe Tele with a large 'Strat Style' headstock & maple fingerboard. The lacquer is well worn & chipped in places. Frets are still good & there is a brass nut. The body is from a standard Telecaster & impossible to date. It looks like 'Ash' from the exposed wood in the neck pocket. It has been refinished in gloss black a long time ago with plenty of lacquer cracks. Standard Telecaster pickup configuration & switching arangement. 6 saddle 70's Fender through body bridge. Looks a little weird at first but real retro at a second glance, dead cool. Case included. £849
Fender Japan Telecaster. 'Kahler Tele' Aka 'Contempory Telecaster'. 1980's. Lipstick Red. 2 single coils & a humbucker in the bridge position. Kahler 'Floyd Rose Style' locking trem. Black hardware. Gibson 'USA' SG 200W. 1971. Walnut finish. Original & unmolested. Includes original bridge guard (not fitted). Fantastic mechanical condition with a cool worn in look but clean & tidy for a 38 year old Gibson. 2 x Melody Maker pickups. Melody Maker style neck profile. A great player & sounds dead right (but nothing like a SG Standard). Hard case included. £1199
Gretsch 'USA' Anniversary 6124 Model. This Single Anniversary dates from 1963. The Sunburst finish is in very good condition. Hi-lo Tron pickup with 3 way tone switch & volume control. 'G' logo tailpiece with Roller bridge. Thumbprint fingerboard inlays. Workshop prepared. Plays superb & sounds fantastic. Overall condition is very good. Squier (by Fender) Stratocaster. I'm pretty sure this is a 'BITSA' as I don't remember this model. Korean Squier neck with a rosewood fingerboard. Slab style body without a scratchplate. 2 single coils with a humbucker in the bridge position. Schaller 'Licensed Floyd Rose' locking tremolo (made in Germany & very high quality). Worn red finish with a bit of an EVH tape job. Looks the part. Pro workshop prepared. All set up/serviced to play & sound great. £185
Stonebridge A17 - 40 CM Jazzer. 2007. Archtop F hole Jazzer. Cedar top with mahogany back & sides. Cutaway. Kent Armstrong Jazz pickup on the end of the fingerboard. 'Like New' condition. Set up with roundwound stings, flatwounds fitted if required. Complete with hard case. £669

Tokai Breezysound Telecaster. Made in Japan in the mid 80's. 60 series badged but customised. Maple neck. Body sanded back to the wood (finish removed) & distressed to look realy 'Road Worn'. Single ply 5 hole black (thick) scratchplate. Chrome hardware nicely worn in looks but all works fine. Electronics all fine. Plays & sounds great. Framus 5/50 CALYPSO. 1963 (July). Small body F hole 'Arch Top' acoustic. Brown burst finish. Neck joint repaired & neck refinished a while ago. New genuine Framus machine heads fitted ( originals machine heads available ). Plays fine with a really low action. Looks the part & sounds lovely. £349
